JC Frozen Foods INC is a premium Ice Cream distribution company serving the best brands to our customers exclusively as the Master concessionaire for the Carolinas and Coastal Georgia. We distribute Unilever brands like Ben & Jerry’s, Magnum, Klondike, Popsicle, Breyers, Talenti and other Good Humor brand novelties.

JC Frozen Food INC has an immediate full-time Vendor Window Specialist position for a driven and energetic person that is open and willing to learn.

Primary responsibilities will be:

· Assisting Vendors and fostering relationships at our vendor window

· Scan paperwork

· Light Office duties

· Filing papers

· Organize and provide vendor pre-made product advertising materials

· Light cleaning as needed

· Light Excel work

Must be able to communicate with corporate level as well as all level of individuals. Good personality and not easily frustrated. Ability to use social media, email blast programs, Zoom and other video conferencing programs as well as excellent phone etiquette.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product information
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

-Ability and desire to learn new things and have fun, its ice cream
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting additional products or services

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Comfortable with outbound calling to follow up with customers or promote products/services
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly desirable but not required
