Job Summary:

As the Systems, you will ensure the organization’s computer systems are functioning correctly and meet the needs of the organization by supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining computer servers and networks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage virtual and physical servers with various versions of Windows Server and Workstation.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Manage domain services to include Remote Access, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Manage data backup and recovery.
• Performs routine tests and maintenance procedures to ensure that the systems are operating within prescribed capacity limits.
• Responsible for documenting systems and processes used in day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and training.
• Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting software and application systems as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA preferred; or secondary education in applicable field, or certifications, or 2 years’ experience.
• Experience or Certification in Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and desktop support.
• Basic understanding of essential networking concepts, including IP addressing and subnetting.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks while working on multiple projects.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite components (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
• Experience implementing and managing backup strategies to achieve optimal recovery times and data consistency.
• Understanding of basic cloud principles.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Good trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Following experience a plus:

1) Linux Experience.

2) Basic programming knowledge.

3) Phone System Management experience.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

The work environment is that of a normal office environment. The employee is exposed to moderate conditions in a clean and organized environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,777.76 - $70,000.00 per year
