Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director, Compliance & Internal Operations, this individual will oversee and operate the Athletic Department Strength and Conditioning Center and provide sport specific programming and implementation training programs for 21 NCAA Division I sports. Specifically, the individual will be responsible for: Meeting with coaches and defining training goals and objectives;Devising and maintaining a calendar of training sessions;Administering program to teams and communicating outcomes with coaching staff;Communicating with athletic trainers regarding injury restrictions and rehabilitation goals; and Supervising varsity training facility.
