Job Description Overview

The Creative Team Assistant assists the Creative Team in all aspects of creating quality services, communications, and experiences. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute administrative needs for the Production and Communication Teams
  • Manage volunteer processing, lists, and communication
  • Organize reservations and information correspondence for weekend services, meetings, and special events
  • Prepare purchase orders and check requests and process monthly credit card expense reports
  • Other duties as needed
• Participate and capture notes in creative and series planning meetings
• Participate in the conception and implementation of creative ideas for Sunday services, other events, etc.
• Assist in the research and acquiring of elements needed for services
• Assist with processing Communications requests
• Assist with managing Communications tools and resources
• Assist with volunteer appreciation

Other Duties

• Attend weekly 1:1, team and staff meetings, including retreats
• Adhere to all church policies and procedures as well as ensure that volunteers comply with guidelines for ministry
• Manage room and resource reservations as requested
• Serving in other tech roles as needed
• Stage design assistance
• Special events support
• Work assigned duties during All Hands On Deck events such as Christmas and Easter services
• Other duties as assigned
