POSITION INFORMATION Position: Administrative Coordinator Location: Nashville, TN Start Date: As Soon as Available Status: Part-time / Hourly Hours: Vary, open availability needed JOB SUMMARY The Administrative Coordinator role is to provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the restaurant and others are positive and productive. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES PRIMARY

Handle office tasks, such as filing, reordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized office space.
Ensure that all gratshare entries are inputted daily.
Enter bi-weekly payroll and submit it to Human Resources in a timely manner for processing.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
Be ready, willing, and able to assist with administrative duty requests from the AMH Administrative Office
HUMAN RESOURCES AND PAYROLL SYSTEMS
Act as the lead administrator for the hr/payroll platform
Upload all Statement Forms into Employees' records.
Ensure that all pay rates are kept up-to-date in all systems
Oversee the completion of all Reports including:
Employee Accident Reports
Customer Accident Reports
Termination Separation Paperwork
Ensure that all employee digital records are kept up-to-date at all times with accurate information including, but not limited to:
Contact Information
Licenses Certifications (ServSafe® , TABC, etc)
Photo Identifications
I-9 Forms
Break Waivers
Assist enrolling employees with health insurance.
SALES INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Set Up Par System and/or Declining Budgets for Appropriate Categories
Invoice Input Approval
COGS Analysis Reporting Weekly Period End
Inventory Input Analysis at Period End
P&L/Ledger Reconciliation of Invoiced Costs
Assist with Making Bank Change Runs
Make Bank Change Runs
Send In Verify DSS Reports
Upload and Verify Daily Sales Summaries into R365
ADDITIONAL
Become a Certified ServSafe® Administrator and/or TABC Administrator in Order to Ensure Company Certification Compliance
Manage inventory and ordering of employee uniforms
Manage inventory and ordering of merchandise and wholesale items
Work with FOH Management and the Event Sales Team to respond to large party reservation request
Book Large Party Reservations through tripleseat application and input reservations into Opentable Guest Center
