Cornhusker International Trucks, Inc. (CIT) is looking to hire a Truck Sales Coordinator/Title Clerk to join our Omaha, NE sales team!
Day Shift: Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $28 - $30 an hour

The following skills/abilities are needed to perform the duties of a Truck Sales Coordinator:
Generates truck deal packets
Inputs data for New & Used truck inventory
Reviews manufactures invoices/statement
Responsible for completing all administrative tasks once a truck is sold
Ensures all expenses are reconciled per truck deal
Completes vehicle Title documents ensuring all documents are prepared in accordance with federal and state laws
Records the daily and monthly sales transactions
Handles vendor payments (sales floor plan payments, Federal Excise Tax (F.E.T); maintains loan & finance documents
Prepares the month-end closing reports (ie: commission/sales reports; factory settlement)
Follows sales department's process and procedures
Qualifications:
Demonstrates good communication skills both orally and written
Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace
Demonstrates good time management skills and is detail-oriented
Requirements:
High school diploma and Associates degree in business or accounting preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of work-related experience in a dealership setting is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); Email (Outlook)
Must pass a drug test & background check
