About the role

We are looking for a turnaround coordinator to join our team. This role on the operations team is responsible for daily operations at one or more of our locations. The logistics coordinator will adhere to the daily checklist- responsible for cleaning vehicles, verifying that our vehicles meet our rental standards, processing rental documents, and confirming vehicle condition when returned. This role interacts heavily with our customer service department as well as third party vendors. This role is designed to grow into a Location Manager.

What you will do:

• Perform tasks associated with daily location operations:
• Process customer rental and return information in our software system
• Conduct daily fleet checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for
• Assess vehicle condition and coordinate logistics for cleaning and maintenance
• Create and manage Repair Orders to ensure proper fleet maintenance
• Perform basic maintenance and quality checks
• Clean or detail vehicles inside and out to AmeriDrive standards
• Verify appropriate stickers are attached to the vehicle (registration, plates, etc.)
• Assist with shifting fleet between vendors and AmeriDrive locations
• Fuel and stage vehicles on the lot
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing and sanitization supplies are available
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or weekend hours
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
