- Assist the department manager with the proper prioritization,
- scheduling,
- coordination, and execution of work associated with facilities while working to support the control of costs and adding value where necessary
- Coordinate maintenance activities
- Type at least 45 wpm after errors are deleted.
- Demonstrated skill in reading and writing, with strong business math skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of parts used for residential maintenance, and their common uses.
- Demonstrated ability to lift and carry weights up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.

- At least two (2) years experience in a storeroom or warehouse.
- Other equivalent combinations of degrees and/or experience will be considered.
