El Rancho Restaurant is Hiring a Server Near Walkersville, MD
About us
El Rancho Restaurant is a family owned, local town restaurant with repeat regular customers & steady business.
Part-Time reliable server needed for set schedule. Must be flexible. Experience is preferred.
Schedule would be as follows:
Monday: 11am-8pm
Tuesday: 4pm-8pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm
Sunday: 2pm-8pm
*Please note: First week training schedule will be slightly different then above. The option of more shifts may become available week to week depending on coverage needed at that time - will discuss in more detail at time of interview.
Please only apply if you are available to work these specified days/times needed.
Server starting minimum wage tips (not shared).
Responsibilities/skills include: Set/prep for shift, taking customer orders, serving tables in a timely accurate manner, answering phone; taking To Go orders, operate cash register/POS System, shift side work.
Good work ethic is key; being able to operate as a team, having excellent people skills with a friendly attitude, lots of multitasking, and being reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
