The Role

We are looking for a versatile self-starter who takes pride in their customer service and has a passion for tech. Working on our Technical Services team, the Technical Implementation Analyst will be responsible for helping our customers successfully implement, update, migrate, and integrate with our software. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with a technical background to develop project leadership skills working with elite health care organizations and supportive team members.

What you will do:

Technical Implementation Analysts (TIA) have an arsenal of technical skills, are excellent critical thinkers, and solve challenging problems that arise within their portfolio of technical projects. They are eager to expand their knowledge, adopt new technologies, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate critical thinking abilities by approaching problems creatively, solving technical puzzles, and conducting thorough research to address challenging issues.
  • Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Collaborate in the planning and monitoring of technical projects alongside customers and internal teams to fulfill objectives that promote safer healthcare.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical project meetings tailored to various stakeholders, adjusting messaging based on the audience and circumstances.
  • Oversee technical project aspects throughout different delivery stages.
  • Contribute to product enhancement initiatives by participating in sprint sessions, sharing ideas for product improvement, and raising suspected defects according to the established process.
  • Analyze customer business needs and offer technical insights during project scoping discussions.
  • Develop knowledgebase articles and contribute to internal wikis.
  • Play a role in continuous process improvement efforts.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

  • Ability to deliver application software installations, integrations, software upgrades, application migrations, and database migrations.
  • Proficiency in leading technical implementation and data conversion projects (ETL) to facilitate customer transitions to new RLDatix platforms.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, enabling the creation of complex SQL queries for data manipulation within a SQL Server database.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and IIS for software support or implementation purposes.
  • Proficiency in creating, updating, and reviewing various file types, including XML, CSV, and JSON.
  • Understanding of LDAP and Federated Authentication (SAML) models.
  • General understanding of the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process.
  • Knowledgeable about networking concepts such as protocols, ports, VPN, routing, and firewalls.

Preferred Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

  • Project management certification or education (e.g., ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Agile).
  • AWS certification (e.g., Foundational, Associate, or Specialty).
  • General understanding of the HL7 message protocol utilized for the transmission of ADT messages. Experience with FHIR would be advantageous.
  • Experience with a scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell).
