Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Schedule
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Job PurposeThe Dealer Implementation Specialist will gather, analyze, and complete all New Dealer Setups, Program Adds/Changes, Rate and Passthrough changes and internal requests while ensuring we meet our SLAs while complying with all state rules and regulations.
Essential Job Functions
Configures all New Dealers, implements program Ads/Changes and completes Rate and Passthrough requests.
Analyzes our internal records to understand an agent/dealer’s history with us to build out an accurate pricing/product profile
Partners closely with the Compliance/Pricing/Sales team to ensure all requests are completed accurately and within company guidelines
Prioritizes effectively according to changing circumstances and manages multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
Provides troubleshooting assistance for Agents, Dealers, and internal departments.
Educates Dealers, Agents, and internal customers on policy and product questions.
Builds strong client/sales relationships to maintain and enhance new business and serves as the main point of contact.
Maintains current and new product knowledge to ensure we provide the most updated information.
Uses SQL to pull data, including rates, to make updates and rate changes
Minimum Qualifications
Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
Client-focused and solutions-oriented, Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to comprehend and analyze client situations and apply the right solution
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team
Self-learner interested in both the how and the why
Ability to follow documented processes as well as make recommendations for improvement
Proficient with Excel
5 years’ experience in sales customer service or account management
