ASI Development is expanding! We are looking to fill an Entry Level Management position in San Diego area to assist with our client expansion goals for this year. The Entry Level Management team member will work directly with Senior Managers to create customized outreach campaigns for our clients throughout the San Diego area.

Entry Level Management Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sales presentations to potential customers
• Learning and maintaining up to date knowledge of all of our clients services, promotions and available products
• Answer any customer questions and escalate issues as needed
• Keep detailed records of all client interactions; including questions, sales, and follow-up notes
• Participate in team meetings at our office (please note this are required)
• Other duties as assigned

Entry Level Management Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is a bonus
• At least some experience in a customer service, client relations, or leadership based role is preferred but not recommended
• Experience in retail or hospitality a plus
• Full time hours available
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Ability to commute to our office in the Clairemont Mesa area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
