ReEnvision Physical Therapy is Hiring a Physical Therapy Receptionist Near Winchester, VA
ReEnvision is a company that is changing healthcare on a national basis and currently operates in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC and Florida. The company partners with the medical and wellness community to provide holistic patient care. ReEnvision is looking for a Receptionist for the Physical Therapy Division to insure the best and most effective care. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company so to be successful, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Although not a requirement, it will be helpful if the candidate has worked in a medical environment. Athena EMR experience preferred!
Responsibilities
- Direct patient/prospect to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
