· Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage

· Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC systems in residential homes

Residential HVAC Service Technician Requirements:

· Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work

· Customer Service Oriented

· Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

· Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player

· Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills

· TDLR Registered or Certified (Must Have one or the other, Current & Not Expired)

· Pass a drug test

· Pass a background test

· Insurable driver

· EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal Needed)

· Valid Driver’s License (Current & Not Expired)

· 5 Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job which requires the Residential HVAC Service Technician to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc. and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
