Maintenance Technician Lead

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Fabricate and install various components and systems.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a industrial maintenance role preferred.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC's
- Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
