Lutheran Home is seeking an Activities Program Coordinator to join our team! The Program Coordinator will develop and implement activity programming for our residents within our memory care assisted living. Interested candidates should be motivated and goal-oriented leaders dedicated to our mission and "4 C's."

Hours for the position are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No holidays and no on-call hours!

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; high school diploma required
• Prior experience working with the senior population; dementia care experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and nurture professional and educational relationships with staff members
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with resident/patient charting systems
