Overview : Reporting to the Director of Product Development, the Product Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams to define and refine the product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with the company’s objectives

Responsibilities

• Assist with product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch
• Cross Functional Coordination - Facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams including Buying, Planning, Marketing, Digital and Store Ops to ensure product success
• Product Lifecycle Management - Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Market Analysis and Competitive Research - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights to inform product decisions and strategies
• Performance Monitoring and Iterative Improvement - Monitor product performance metrics, and iterate on the product based on insight and analytics to continuously improve its success and find new opportunities for growth

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of Product Management or equivalent experience
• Project Management experience required
• Strong background working with footwear, apparel and accessories
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Abode Illustrator Draw and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience drafting Product and Marketing Requirements Documents
• Ability to analyze data and work with cross functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Strong organizational skills and must be detailed oriented ; able to multitask projects
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are key

• Ability to travel domestic and international up to 20% of time
