In the Caregiver/CNA role, you will be able to assist the Client with activities of Daily Living such as but not limited to:

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home.
• Personal Cares - Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
• Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, or mopping floors, doing dishes, trash removal, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom.
• Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs
• Providing transportation and accompanying client with errands or medical appointments
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Dementia care
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, games, puzzles, etc.

Caregiver/CNA Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working with the elderly.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Willing to travel no more than 20-30 miles to a Clients home
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• WI State CNA certification a plus
