West Chester Friends School is a Preschool through fifth grade Quaker school in the Borough of West Chester, PA with an enrollment of 135 students. We are seeking full and part-time associate teachers to join our collegial and supportive faculty. We are currently seeking associate teachers to work in the early years program (preschool-K), where children are engaged in a play-based curriculum that emphasizes exploration, discovery and the development of social skills. Associate teachers work under the direction of the lead teacher to create a safe, vibrant, challenging, and joyful learning environment for students. Experience working in an early childhood setting is preferred. Interested candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22,000.00 - $26,000.00 per year
