Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, managing the kitchen and front of house staff, and ensuring that sales and profitability targets are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, ordering, and financial management
• Ensure that all food and beverages served meet our high standards of quality and presentation
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer service, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze sales and profitability data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Manage and motivate the kitchen and front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment that meets all health and safety regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty

Requirements:

• Management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of restaurant financial management and budgeting preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
