This is a Full-time position with a flexible work schedule. Art/design students are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for someone who enjoys hands on assembling of 3-dimensional artwork. Our ideal employee will enjoy extremely detailed finish work and assisting others in the shop when needed. The focus of this position will include building sign cabinets and crates, organizing and packaging products to prepare for shipping and keeping an organized workspace. This position primarily works in a shop environment, doing a variety of hands-on tasks to help meet production deadlines.

Job Characteristics:

• Packaging and barcoding signs to prepare for shipment
• Inspecting and cleaning signs
• Quality control and verifying inventory
• Assembly of lettering on signs
• Finishing work on signs
• Keeping work area clean and safe

Job Requirements:

• Experience with finish work preferred
• Experience working with multiple types of adhesives and chemicals preferred
• Basic math skills and an ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16"
• Basic knowledge of tooling and fixtures is a plus
• Basic understanding of blueprints and finish details
• Energized by working with others in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated problem solver
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Flexible work hours
