Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients in Spanish, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Offer culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate therapy services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Requirements:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in Texas.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and cultural competence.
