Second Nature Brands is offering a NEW seasonal position that will support our Sales/Marketing & IT teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, a self-starter, and knows their way around a computer. By the end of this assignment, there could be a possibility for this role to become permanent.

As a seasonal employee, you will still work full time hours, weekly, for up to 90 days, with the option of a hybrid work schedule at our Kar's Nuts location in Madison Heights. This could be an opportunity for you to sharpen your data and analytical skills over the summer while still learning and growing your corporate business acumen.

Essential Duties

• Create and maintain brand accounts in the Data Portals.
• Maintain product data sourced from internal Sales sheets and Marketing information, in the Data Portals.
• Troubleshoot data sync issues.
• Participate in data audits of information in the Data Portals and ensure data integrity.
• Documentation of the Data Portal maintenance process.

Knowledge & Experience

• Proficiency with computer skills required (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Data entry experience preferred, but not required.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Analytical ability to identify issues and raise them to the appropriate parties for resolution.
• Ability to work with partners in other business units on Data Portal information gathering and maintenance.
• Must have good writing skills (generate process and troubleshooting documentation)
• Intermediate analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to contribute and thrive in a team environment.
