Woodford Oil Company is currently looking for a General Office / Customer Service / Billing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

* Perform daily work in ways that optimizes efficiency

* Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

* Maintain trusting relationship with suppliers, customers and colleagues

* Perform counter sales and help with walk-in customer service when necessary

* Collect all information needed to enter and calculate invoices

* Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final invoice

* Receive and Assist with inbound call traffic, emails, or other forms of communication with customers and co-workers

Requirements

* Must be able to work amicably with other assistants, office assistants, virtual assistants, billing clerks or general accounting staff

* Knowledge of MAC computer systems

* Working knowledge of general office equipment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Able to lift 50 pounds

* High School diploma.....Further education will be a plus

* Efficient with Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Word and Outlook
