Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers - Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with administrative tasks such as document preparation and filing - Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery - Stay up-to-date with real estate administrative processes and procedures - Adhere to real estate laws, regulations, and fair housing guidelines - Handle property management inquiries and resolve issues as needed Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is preferred - Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is a plus - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Knowledge of fair housing regulations is a plus - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a bonus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
