We are hiring a Part Time Aerie and American Eagle Project Merchandiser at the Luke AFB Exchange. A successful merchandiser maintains merchandising displays and develops strong relationships with in-store management. The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable with the ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy. The position averages 15 -20 hours per month, depending on the project and season you may be offered additional hours.

Things to Consider:

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to reliable transportation within your territory is required
• You will be working independently and be assigned to a specific location

Responsibilities:

• Execute on objectives by maintaining full distribution on existing SKUs
• Setting up seasonal program and maintain merchandising standard compliance
• Ensure signage is in place for new items at all assigned stores
• Maintain planogram standards and integrity
• Hang shelf signs, place coupons and assemble cardboard displays
• Cleaning of existing sections and fixtures

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and daily Internet access
• Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and/or push up to 40 pounds, stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time, potential use of cleaning chemicals and work in environments susceptible to temperature changes i.e. warehouse.
