Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations, preferably in the metal construction field. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly personable manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple providers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Coordinate projects and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft office with knowledge of Excel
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
