Job Summary:
Mater Academy Bay, located in beautiful Cutler Bay, is seeking to hire an innovative and dedicated educator to foster creativity and skill development through digital photography for students in grades 6-12. We are seeking a dynamic Digital Photography Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital photography, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and mentor students of all skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging digital photography curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Teach fundamental principles of digital photography, including camera operation, composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques.
• Provide hands-on instruction and constructive feedback to students during practical sessions and assignments.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment conducive to creativity and skill development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in digital photography.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically proficient work.
• Demonstrated teaching or training experience, preferably in a formal educational setting.
• Proficiency in digital photography software and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
• Passion for photography and a commitment to fostering a love for the art form among students.
