Connected Communications is a family owned company based in Sacramento. We are a growing company and looking for technicians that want to grow with us. We focus on commercial and multi family projects.

We are looking for a skilled journeyman to join the team! Most of our work is local but there might be some out of town work.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
• Run and terminate wiring for audio-visual systems to ensure proper connections and functionality.
• Set up and install AV equipment in various environments, such as conference rooms, classrooms, and event spaces.
• Test and troubleshoot audio-visual systems to ensure optimal performance and resolve any technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete AV installations efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide technical support for AV systems during meetings, presentations, and events.
• Train end-users on the proper operation of AV systems and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of AV installations, maintenance activities, and equipment inventory.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the audio-visual industry to recommend improvements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications preferred.

Proven experience in AV systems and Equipment

Strong knowledge of electrical and low-voltage systems.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical manuals.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Basic tools are required. (Drill, Snips, Sheetrock Saw, Tape Measure, etc...)
