Counterintelligence Analyst – Analysis and Production (A&P)

Serve as an on-site Counterintelligence (CI) analyst for the Fort Belvoir, VA-based client. Responsible for orchestrating day-to-day client delivery for a security and counterintelligence organization. Provide interface to clients and senior contractor team leadership. Must be capable of working in a team environment.

The Applicant will:

· Produce standardized intelligence products (threat assessments, analysis reports, threat advisories) in compliance with DoDI 5240.18 and ICD 203 Analytic Tradecraft Standards and ICD 206 Sourcing Requirements for Disseminating Analytic Products.

· Engage and collaborate with the DIA Region Centers; DoD and National Intelligence Production Centers; Combatant Command (CCMD) J2/J2X staff; and U.S. Embassy Military Liaison Officers (MLOs), Defense Attaché (DATT), and Regional Security Officers to collect finished intelligence products on current criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threats that respond to validated customer requirements.

· Research and analyze all-source intelligence information to support and protect client weapon systems and other client programs as directed.

· Research and analyze all-source intelligence information to produce products that identify and assess criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threats to meet customer requirements.

· Respond to ad hoc taskings and formal requests for information to address client leadership, IC partners, CI functional areas, and CI A&P requirements.

· Conduct daily research to identify CI threats to client technology and programs.

· Submit collection requirements via CHROME to fill intelligence gaps and draft intelligence information report evaluations, as required.

· Monitor and maintain content on classified and unclassified A&P web portals and databases; post approved analytical products to the appropriate CI Division classified websites portal; and, update A&P website content on a monthly basis or when new or revised CI analytic products become available.

It is anticipated that occasional trips to other government installations will be performed throughout the period of performance as directed.

Qualifications:

· 8 years of relevant experience associated with large DoD programs.

· Must be formally CI trained and certified to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02.

· BA/BS degree in a related field. An additional 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree.

· Capable of providing extensive expertise, theoretical and technical knowledge, and analytical techniques and processes for supported activities.

· Capable of providing support in detailed research, analysis, and production of security and counterintelligence products.

· Possesses the specialized knowledge required to support the tasks listed above and is capable of working either independently and/or concurrently in leading/supporting teams to directly solve complex problems.

· Excellent competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

· Clearance: Final DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility required.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
