Pizza Ranch Inc., started as a single location in Hull, Iowa in 1981. Pizza Ranch is in the category of a fast casual restaurant. Our unique concepts specialize in pizza, chicken, salad and dessert buffet, as well as delivery and take out. Our franchise has grown steadily, at the end of 2012 with 176 locations in ten states. What makes Pizza Ranch unique is that most stores offer a host of dining options.

Guest Service Manager
At Pizza Ranch, we view our management team as a vital part of what makes our business so successful. As a Guest Service Manager, you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of our guests by delivering on the Pizza Ranch legendary service. You will be expected to manage Front of the House team members, responsible for customer service and customer satisfaction. Manage all FOH team members throughput and productivity. Work with management in controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all of our staff and guests and to create legendary impact to those you come in to contact with.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service Manager is responsible to provide high quality service to our customers
Expert in POS system, telephones, and servicing
Create a welcoming and attentive environment for our guests
Manage Front of the House team
Have input on FOH scheduling
Ensure FOH team members are productive, and their time is fully utilized in servicing guests
Ensure team members are train to take custom orders correctly and food is delivered on time
Ensure buffet is fully stocked, clean, and appetizing
Make a quick check on the OTD and delivery orders to ensure order is correct
Work with kitchen staff to ensure delivery is made on time
Maintain continuous FOH cleanliness and organization
Help the management control food and supplies waste
Take servicing related feedback and improve on the process or ensure issues are mitigated
Train and develop, coach and mentor junior team members
Should learn Kitchen operation as well and be able to run the restaurant on his/her own when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Passion for leading and developing people
Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
The ability to prioritize multiple situations
Effective communicator, and listener with good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in basic computer skills
Possess business acumen
High School graduate or equivalent education
Restaurant Management experience
