Job Summary:

The Site Security Manager position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations of a San Francisco site. The Manager will be responsible for handling the daily security operations and assisting in the direction of the security department, under the direction of the Security Director.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure the highest level of security is provided at all times

• Develop efficient and complete solutions for all site security needs

• Maintain documentation of all security incidents

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and company

• Advise on all security issues affecting the site, the client, and the company

• Maintain and update the security team's Emergency Procedures Manual, including Emergency Preparedness plans for security situations such as fires, natural disasters, and terror attacks

• Train new security staff on post orders, site-specific policies & procedures, and current company policies and procedures

• Schedule, create, and maintain a training calendar for regular and recurring training, safety meetings, and new company and/or site policies & procedures

• Monitor the greater community for potential threats and take the initiative to enhance all aspects of security, including procedures, training, and automation tools

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid California Security Guard Card

• Minimum 3-5 years of security management experience is required

• Superb customer service skills

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Fluent in the English language (speaking and writing)

• High School Diploma or higher

• Good physical condition

• Previous Law Enforcement or Military Experience is a plus

• Willing to dedicate a long-term commitment to an excellent company

• Able to work in an independent environment as well as in a team

• Excellent references

• Must have the ability to interact with a diverse group of people

• Knowledge of basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
