Creative Sign Designs is looking for a highly motivated, attention focused individual to join our Permitting team. This role focuses heavily on sense of urgency, data management, critical thinking and organization.

In this role, you will be focused on maintaining the Permitting records with accurate information for various teams. This database includes information such as statuses, issues and delays within the permitting and inspection process.

Job description:

• Maintains Permitting Database records
• Maintains accurate and timely records of the inspection process; inputs, maintains and compiles a variety of data on inspection activity
• This role also involves considerable internal coordination amongst various teams
• Communicate with project team(s) regularly regarding statuses and issues causing delays
• Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with the governing jurisdictions and understand the requirements of each municipality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
