Job Details :

Pay : Up to $ 18.00 an hour

Position Type : Full-time

Shift and Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist all clients in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries
• Ability to deal with clients / vendors in a courteous and efficient manner
• Routinely update clients on the repair status of their vehicle
• Effectively communicate with insurance companies as needed
• Maintain, organize, and file client file folders
• Collect and record client payment(s) prior to releasing their vehicle
• Assist collision center team with a variety of clerical duties as needed
• Partner with and support all internal teams
• Maintain a professional working environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Prior experience and knowledge of CCC One and Dealertrack a plus
• Hospitality experience is a plus (hotel, restaurant)
• Valid PA Driver’s License and clean criminal background record
