As a Funeral Arranger, you will play a crucial role in assisting families during their time of need. You will work closely with bereaved families to coordinate funeral arrangements, ensuring that their wishes and cultural traditions are respected and honored.

• Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements and provide guidance and support throughout the process.
• Coordinate all aspects of the funeral service, including selecting caskets, arranging transportation, and organizing floral arrangements.
• Prepare and file all necessary paperwork and permits in compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and external vendors to ensure smooth and seamless services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to families, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and sensitivity at all times.

• Previous experience in the funeral service industry preferred.
• FSP license is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to support grieving families.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with funeral service software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Licensed salary range - $62,400 - $84,000
• Non-licensed hourly salary range - $20.00 - $29.00
