Currently, our office is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in our office in Minot, ND!

About The Role:

This person will work directly with the Doctor and Clinical staff. Assisting the Doctor, running sterilization, x-rays, making photos, scanning, clearing and resetting operatory chairs, conveying information to patients and parents. Educating patients and parents about oral health in addition to being prompt and present at work.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a well-groomed professional, who is outgoing, friendly, dependable, punctual and live the practices core values of: Patient Experience, Teamwork, Kindness, Selflessness Positivity and Respect.

Education/Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior Dental Experience

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet patients
  • Update and maintain patient records
  • Take X-rays and intraoral photos of patients
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Present treatment to patients
  • Assist clinicians during dental procedures
  • Sterilize instruments and clean rooms and ensure all infection control policies are being followed
  • Prepare operatories for patient visits

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 years of dental assisting experience with an outgoing personality and an advanced
  • CPR Certification
  • Active State Registered Dental Assistant Licensure
