We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to be responsible for maintaining all equipment, buildings, and property of our facilities.

Duties:

- Help in the hiring process for the staff in the departs
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Coordinate and execute facility improvement projects
- Develop and implement the daily workflow of the department
- Completes performance reviews with each direct report.
- Provides coaching to staff members and advises the vice president of operations on employee punishment and termination in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Experience:

• Manage, oversee, and carry out equipment maintenance.
• Keep the work order system up to date, making sure that tasks are assigned a priority, thoroughly recorded, and completed.
• To reduce downtime and equipment damage, maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all trucks, equipment, and batch plants.
• Keep an up-to-date record of all equipment repair that has been done.

· Keep Gainey's buildings and grounds in good condition.

• By emphasizing cleaning and preventative maintenance, ensures that everything is in good working condition and the maintenance space is presentable.
• Keeps equipment and supplies up to date so that our spending stays within the allocated budget for the business.
• Always remembers to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and utilize it safely.
• Schedules daily meetings to update work orders and schedules with the maintenance supervisor.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and spoken.

• Comprehensive understanding of the rules, regulations, and best practices in the field; • Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
