Job Summary
This position is responsible for a range of administrative duties associated with planning, preparing, documenting and communicating program professional development offerings, conferences, and related meetings.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Training registration and customer service
- Enter training sessions in computerized registration system (PDS Online)
- Assist participants in registering for scheduled offerings
- Troubleshoot online training issues using Zoom and Canvas platforms
- Monitor and communicate any registration issues (class size, space issues and low enrollment) with program managers
- Answer registration and other questions about PDSonline from partners and training participants
- Create “how-to” guides and other materials for PDSonline users as needed
- Issue training credits as needed
- Create regular and ad hoc reports as scheduled or requested
- Assist Administrative Operations Manager in developing annual/semi-annual training calendars
- Enter training offerings into events planning system (USI)
- Create and maintain schedule of online trainings, communicating details and links to trainers and participants as needed
- Assist Administrative Operations Manager in planning and executing annual Home Visiting conference
- Schedule on-site training facilities
- Gather required information needed to contract with training locations around the state
- Produce training and other materials as needed
- Monitor central email messaging system as needed
- At least 1 year of experience with office operations
- At least 1 year of experience using events planning, registration software or learning management system experience
- At least 2 years of experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
Administrative support
