Community Assessment and Treatment is Hiring a Care Management Specialist (FT) Near Cleveland, OH

Care Management Specialist - shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Under the direct supervision of the CMS Supervisor, Care Management Specialists (CMS) are responsible for all matters relating to the safety and security of employees, residents, and visitors. The CMS is directly responsible for ensuring the continual accountability of assigned residents, and a safe and secure environment for treatment and rehabilitation. CMS supervises resident drug and alcohol testing, visitation, recreation, laundry procedures, cleaning, transportation services, and other related duties as required. CMS’ is expected to participate in other facility activities which foster a safe and secure environment that is conducive to the goals and mission of Community Assessment and Treatment Services.
Credentials/Academic Requirements:
  • Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working cooperatively with others in a human service setting.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to consent to and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • Training or experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment & recovery, consumer engagement, healthcare, social services, and criminal justice systems; preferred.
  • CDCA preferred.
  • Experience with adult and/or juvenile offender/inmate/resident supervision and discipline preferred;·Valid Ohio.
  • Driver’s License preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain a Medicaid number
