Job description

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to support ZAM's agency business in developing, implementing and managing influencer marketing programs for our gaming clientele. The ideal candidate will be a passionate gamer that demonstrates exceptional communication skills, organization, creativity and influencer landscape awareness. As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of the gaming influencer market and create influencer programs to engage and recruit influencers and execute result-driven campaigns. This position will require occasional travel for in person events.

Salary for this position will be $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 Annually.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to California. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO or, if applicable. This position is bonus eligible.

Experience and Skills Needed

• 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, experience managing influencers/streamers and/or communities for gaming brands
• 3-5 years managing one or more direct reports
• Experience communicating with clients to assess their needs, build trust and provide exceptional deliverables.
• Strong background creating innovative and engaging events and activities for influencers campaigns and influencer communities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Brief, punchy prose and excellent grammar required for client deliverables.
• Business/Marketing degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Skilled in analytical and quantitative thinking with the ability to assess KPI data and focus on ROI metrics
• Self-motivated, independent, high attention to detail, process-oriented, fast learner; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple clients and business units
• Great teammate with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills including writing and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
• Avid gamer with experience in mobile products a plus
• Skilled in project management tools, content management systems, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Documents.
