Water Studio is the leading design-build firm specializing in design, fabrication, and installation of contemporary water features. Our work is featured in prominent commercial and residential locations throughout US and abroad. We are seeking an exceptional CAD Drafter/Project Assistant to join our growing team at our design and fabrication studio in Culver City, CA. You will be participating in a diverse team environment and work with project managers, in-house fabricators, and on-site installers. Qualifications:

• Proficiency and speed in AutoCAD.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle tight schedules and deadlines.
• A fast learner with ability to handle technical details.
• A team player with ability to work well with others.
• Able to work in our design & fabrication studio in Culver City, CA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps on Windows.
• Prefer 4 year college degree in related field (architecture, design, construction, etc.)
• Experience with fabrication or 3D modeling a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Produce CAD drawings for design, fabrication, and construction.
• General project assistance to project managers.
• Coordination with in-house and outside vendors, fabricators, and installers.
• Research and purchasing of materials and parts for various projects.
• Assist with R&D and product development.
