• Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets
• Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
• Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices
• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
• Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date

Requirements

• A JD and the ability to practice in Ohio
• At least 3 years of experience in tax and estate planning (from either a large accounting firm or a law firm) 
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting is preferred 
• An LLM in taxation would be a significant plus but not required
