They Wyckoff Family YMCA is located in Wyckoff, NJ. Our goal is to provide a progressive method of instruction that allows participants to grow and learn at their own pace, mastering skills while building their self-confidence and self-esteem. We truly are "America's Swim Teachers".

Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons for students of various ages and skill levels
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students during lessons
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Skills:
- Some experience working with children in a teaching or coaching capacity
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate skills to students
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to manage behavior in a positive manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 18 per week
