Windows Plus is a Home Improvement company seeking someone to help expand our promotions and event marketing program. An Event Coordinator will oversee our promotional programs representing Windows Plus canvassing and events. This is an intensive full-time opportunity ideal for a detail oriented person who enjoys coordinating events, canvassing and managing people.

Primary Job Functions

• Provide basic product knowledge to event attendees
• Booking appointments for our sales team.
• Ensure Cleanliness and organization of booth.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for cross-selling our home improvement services.
• Engage with attendees to draw them into the booth
• Enter data accurately into our Customer Management System to ensure a smooth hand-off to the in-home sales team
• Coordinate and staff events, and canvassing routes
• Staffing, managing and training event marketers

Requirements:

• Relations-friendly and effective interaction and communication skills
• Administrative/Reporting- You must be confident in computer skills to submit timely reports, and budget analysis
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Capable of standing comfortably for up to eight hours a day, and travel frequently
• Ability to work nights and weekends
