Job Summary

Our industry-leading door and millwork company has an opportunity for an organized and dedicated Hardware Associate to join our team. Our long term, relationship-based customers are professional home builders in the Denver Metro area. As the hardware associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the hardware area, receive incoming material, keep track of inventory and keying locks as required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.

Knowledge of finish codes & hardware types. 

Knowledge of cylindrical lock mechanisms for various vendors.

Keep log of all key code numbers by date, order number and or address.

Strong written and oral communication skills. 

Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. 

Self-motivated and directed. 

Keen attention to detail. 

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 

Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 

Strong customer-service orientation.

Keep work area clean & free of debris.

• An employee will begin to earn and accrue PTO on the first day of employment and is eligible to use accrued PTO beginning on the 90th calendar day of employment. The amount of PTO earned is based on your length of employment.

Work Environment 

Warehouse environment; will also enter a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, loud noises, dust and extreme temperatures, as well as customer sites; PPE required in manufacturing (i.e. safety glasses). Standing and/or walking for the duration of shift (at lease 8-10 hours per day). Able to lift 75lbs. on a regular basis throughout the shift.
