Position: Service Sales Coordinator

Summary:

tk Uhde High Pressure Technologies is currently seeking a Service Sales Coordinator for our Houston, TX Service Center location. This position will be supporting the Sales Team in coordination with other Team Members.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Sales team, answering queries, and resolving issues.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, and communicate any changes to all relevant parties.
• Support the account team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and scheduling.
• Updating internal databases with account information.
• Contribute to the creation of proposals, budgets, and client presentations.
• Execute sales orders as required.
• Ensure all client materials are ready on time and meet quality standards.

Coordinates with:

• Sales Team
• Project Team Members
• Clients
• German Project and Sales Team

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

• 2 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency utilizing MS Office Suites (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Organization and time management skills working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Preferred Technical Knowledge:

• Hands on experience with SAP software.
• Technical (mechanical) background previously working as a Service Technician.
• Understanding of process equipment and plant operations.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion.
• Knowledge of organization’s structure and policies.
• Understanding of business processes.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on any given assignment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, customer, and individuals inside and outside of the company.
• Suitable for a highly professional, organized and service-oriented environment.
• Punctual and reliable.
