LPN EVENING Shift Supervisor
The Terrace at Newark Assisted Living & Memory Care Community is seeking a LPN Supervisor to join our team! This is a FULL-TIME EVENING position and provides the areas best wages and benefits. We are a family owned & operated community and value each and every employee that works with us. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Medication Administration and Personal Care needs
• Supervise and assist HHAs/PCAs
• Collaborate with our Registered Nurse to provide Case Management and Physician Communication.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition

Qualifications:

• Must have a current License as LPN from NYS Department of Education
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Experience supervising staff required
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
