We are looking to fill the role of Platform Specialist for our Irvine, CA as we continue to grow Operations team. This is a fast-paced role with the opportunity for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP system, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with business processes.
• Manage and enhance Shopify ecommerce platform, overseeing product listings, order processing, and integration.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making across platforms.
• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to streamline customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain seamless integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, CRM, and other relevant platforms to ensure data accuracy.
• Implement and enforce security protocols for all platforms, safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Customize platform functionalities based on business requirements, ensuring a tailored and efficient user experience.
• Provide training to internal teams on effective platform usage and new features, promoting self-sufficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues promptly, collaborating with IT support and external vendors when necessary.
• Develop and implement robust backup and emergency recovery plans for all platforms to minimize downtime and data loss.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Platform Specialist with expertise in NetSuite, Shopify, Power BI, and CRM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite, Shopify, PowerBI, and CRM administration and customization.
• Experience with integrating and maintaining seamless data flow between different platforms.
• Familiarity with data security best practices and regulations.
• Effective communication skills to conduct user training sessions and create user guides.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing platform performance.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI for data analysis.
• Experience in developing and implementing robust backup and recovery plans.
• Ability to adapt to evolving platform features, updates, and business requirements.
