Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full Time in office work hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Supervisor: Vice President of Sales & Marketing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Search Engine Optimization - Work close with IT department
Lead and coordinate all aspects of digital content such as social, video, blog, and email newsletter content
Develops strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company.
· Develops and maintains marketing budgets.
· Plans and coordinates the marketing of current and new products.
· Develops and coordinates production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage.
· Develops plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.
· Coordinates and manages market research and competitive analysis; utilizes knowledge and prepares reports as needed.
· Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team.
· Assists with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) required master's degree preferred.
· Four to six years related experience.
· Commitment to excellence and high standards.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent presentation skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
· Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
Leadership and business acumen skills
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
· Familiarity with social media outlets (i.e.,LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
