Job Overview:

As a District Manager at Phone Pandora, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, motivating teams, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple retail locations. You will be responsible for leading by example, running effective meetings, and relentlessly pursuing our sales goals with a daily focus on results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance through strategic planning, goal-setting, and execution. Lead by example by actively engaging in selling activities and coaching team members to maximize their potential.
• Team Development: Motivate, inspire, and train retail sales teams to exceed performance targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee cash and inventory management processes to maintain accuracy and prevent loss. Ensure all stores open and close on time, adhering to company standards for security and efficiency. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of stores to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Goal Achievement: Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Monitor and report on sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in cellular retail sales management or a related field.
